In Grades 9–10, students follow the Cambridge IGCSE, and Grades 11–12 complete the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP). Facilities include dedicated Primary Years spaces, a Senior School Academic Block, two auditoria, music rooms, art and ICT suites, and medical and boarding housing. TISB provides opportunities for talented students through external programs such as the Johns Hopkins Center for Talented Youth (CTY) Talent Search, with CTY-related awards earned by TISB students and LaunchX participation.
The school runs a PSHME programme covering social and emotional issues for all students in Grades 6-9. Form Tutors monitor wellbeing and provide daily contact as the first point of contact. Grade Coordinators oversee grade levels and liaise with parents on academic and pastoral matters. A hierarchical support system ensures every student has opportunities to talk with staff about personal concerns, with a dedicated Pastoral Coordinator and full-time School Counsellors available for confidential support. The school provides Special Educational Needs / Learning Support. During admissions, parents may disclose learning difficulties such as ADHD, Dyslexia, Dyscalculia and Autism Spectrum. The admissions policy notes the school may request medical reports and educational assessments to determine needs.
