PrimeOne School operates on two Medan campuses: North Building at Jl. Jenderal Besar A.H. Nasution No. 88A and South Building at No. 50, connected by a skycross. Set on about six hectares, the campuses offer Cambridge Secondary facilities for ages 1 to 18. The Cambridge curriculum, within a Cambridge Centre framework, emphasizes inquiry-based learning, critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving, preparing students for higher education and global careers. Learning spaces include language labs, science labs, computer labs, libraries, and spaces for creative arts, a music room and cooking facilities. Sports and wellness are supported by a pool, badminton and basketball courts, a football field, futsal courts, indoor and outdoor gyms, and play areas. Distinctive features include greenhouse and horticulture gardens, a mini zoo, and the skycross for safe access. Co-curriculars span sports, music, drama, STEM clubs, debate, and community service, with the Language Ambassador program and Student Council for student leadership.
