Recruitment proceedings for Oxford Academic Bilingual High School are open for the new school year. Applications for admission to the international division are invited. At the school secretary's office you can apply for the first class or check the availability of places in higher classes. The date of the English language competency test is set individually.
1. A recruitment interview of the candidate and their parents with the school director. The interview is part of the admissions process for the first class and provides an opportunity to discuss the applicant with the school leadership. It helps the school assess fit for the program and gather context about the family.
2. Submission of an application for admission to the school and a copy of the seventh-grade promotional certificate and the educator's opinion of the student. The school requires these documents to begin the admissions process.
3. Taking a test of language competence in English, which is the second language of instruction and mandatory for applicants to bilingual schools. The date of the English language competence test is set individually.
4. The result of the language competence test must meet the English requirement of B1. Candidates with an English-proficiency certificate of at least B1 level (e.g., PET, FCE, CAE) are exempt from the test.
5. Completion of documentation with a certificate of completion of elementary school and a certificate of the results of the eighth grade exam.
6.1. Consideration is given to the grades listed on the eighth-grade promotional certificate in Polish, mathematics, English and one selected subject, which the student may expand: biology, chemistry, physics, computer science, geography, history, social studies.
6.2. Promotional certificate or certificate of completion of elementary school with distinction.
6.3. Special achievements listed on the promotional certificate or elementary school graduation certificate, as determined by the ministry, or social activities (volunteerism).
