- No general refunds: Save where there is a legal liability or specific contractual provision, fees will not be refunded, reduced, or waived for pupil absence through illness, for a shortened term, for release from school before public examinations, or for temporary school closures; exceptions are at the Head's discretion in cases of genuine hardship.

- Accepted payment channels: Fees should be paid using the school's direct debit system or the school's international payment platform; the school reserves the right to refuse a payment where it is not satisfied as to the identity of the payer or the source of funds.
