Application fees
- Application Fee (international applicants): AUD 200 (non-refundable).
Tuition fees — annual and per-term (day students)
- Junior School (Prep – Year 6): AUD 24,312 per year. Per term (4 terms): AUD 6,078.00.
- Middle & Senior School (Year 7 – Year 12): AUD 36,030 per year. Per term (4 terms): AUD 9,007.50.
Billing schedule and payment terms
- Families who commenced in 2020 or later are billed in advance by term on these dates: Term 1 – 9 January 2025; Term 2 – 21 February 2025; Term 3 – 13 May 2025; Term 4 – 12 August 2025 (Term 1 2026 – 9 January 2026 listed as the next term date).
- Families who commenced in 2019 or prior (Prep to Year 11) have these installment due dates: Term 1 – 21 February 2025; Term 2 – 13 May 2025; Term 3 – 12 August 2025; Term 4 – 28 October 2025. Year 12 families in this cohort are billed across three installments: 21 February 2025, 13 May 2025 and 12 August 2025.
- Acceptance/payment requirement: acceptance of an offer requires signing the enrolment agreement and payment of one semester's tuition (international students) or payment in advance as per the school's enrolment terms.
Boarding / Homestay
- The school does not operate on-campus boarding; homestay is used for international students. Homestay placement is charged at approximately AUD 460 per week. Homestay fees are separate from tuition and are not included in the tuition figures above.
Other charges and typical additional costs
- School books: included in the international tuition figure for Middle & Senior School (Year 7–12) but uniform, excursions and homestay are excluded.
- Uniforms: families must purchase official uniform items. The school operates a Uniform Shop and a Secondhand Pop-up Store where secondhand uniform items and textbooks are sold (secondhand items may be sold for up to 60% of new prices). Expect separate charges for new uniform items when purchased.
- Incidental and subject-specific charges: camps, excursions, subject levies, VCE materials, instrument hire/tuition, excursions and short trips may be charged in addition to tuition as applicable. International tuition figures explicitly exclude excursions and homestay.
Discounts and sibling concessions
- Pre-payment discount: a 4% discount on the current year's tuition is available for domestic students Prep–Year 12 when the full amount of all fees owing is paid by the school's stated prepayment date.
- Sibling discounts: second child – 20% reduction; third and subsequent children – 30% reduction (sibling discounts do not apply to the Early Learning Centre).
Refunds and withdrawal terms
- Application fees are non-refundable for international applicants. Tuition payments and any entitlement to refund are governed by the school's enrolment/business terms and the signed enrolment agreement; international students are required to pay a semester's fees in advance as part of acceptance and the fees listed exclude homestay and uniform costs.

- Accepted payment methods include BPAY and direct deposit (bank transfer), EFTPOS and major credit cards, and direct debit arrangements. Specific payment reference details and BPAY/direct deposit details appear on statements.
