Billing schedule & payment terms
- Tuition is presented as a yearly amount with the standard billing schedule shown as 10 instalments ("payable 10 x …") for tuition and many optional programmes. Stationery fees are typically billed twice per year. Application fees are due at application/registration; enrolment fees are due upon confirmation of a place (within the stated deadline).
- The admissions documentation requires a SEPA form with an Austrian bank account number for fee collection. September tuition (or the stated non-refundable deposit for transition cases) may be required in advance and can be non-refundable in specified circumstances.
Refunds & non-refundable items
- The application fee (EUR 150) and the enrolment fee (EUR 1,000) are non-refundable. Specific advance payments (for example, a non-refundable September tuition deposit required when a place is offered for progression into the next grade) are also described as non-refundable in the admissions policy. No separate, comprehensive school-wide refund schedule is published in the fee documents.
Boarding
- ABIS does not offer boarding facilities; there are no boarding fees.
Fee payment options
- The school's admissions documentation and business terms indicate bank/SEPA arrangements for fee collection (Austrian SEPA bank account details are requested on admission paperwork). Webshop/office terms list bank transfer (Überweisung) as an accepted payment method for school-shop transactions. No general public listing of accepted international credit‑card payment for tuition is published in the fee documentation.
Notes on billing frequency shown
- Where a fee line reads "payable 10 x [amount]" the school is listing the standard instalment arrangement (ten instalments). Stationery charges are shown as payable in two instalments. Individual invoices will follow the school's billing timetable and admission contract.
