Withdrawal after the start of the academic year (1 April) will result in the full‑year fee being charged/forfeited.
- Security deposit refund: the security deposit is refundable without interest; refund processing is initiated by the end of the calendar year in which the student leaves the school. Any arrears, imprest spend or penalties will be adjusted from the security deposit before refund. Security deposit is non‑transferable.
- General refund rule: fees already paid will be forfeited in specified circumstances; if expulsion or suspension occurs on disciplinary grounds, no refund is payable. Examination and board‑related exceptions are invoiced separately as stated.
