Application fee
- A one-time non-refundable registration/application fee of IDR 3,800,000 is payable per student to secure an offered place. Payment of this fee is required at enrolment.

Billing schedule and payment terms
- Tuition may be paid either in full at the start of the year or via the standard instalment plan (four equal instalments). Invoices are issued with specific due dates and parents choose annual or termly instalment preferences with the school office. Fees for students enrolling after the start of Term 1 are calculated pro-rata for the portion of the academic year attended.
- Late payment policy: if an agreed extension is exceeded, an administration fee of IDR 1,400,000 per child will be added. If fees are not received within two weeks of the first due date without agreement, the administration fee of IDR 1,400,000 is applied automatically; after four weeks without payment or agreement the student may be asked not to attend until fees are paid.
- Separate/additional charges: baseline assessment fees (applied at the start of key stages), externally set examination fees (IGCSE, A Level, national exams), and charges for specific student activities (excursions, trips, after-school activities) are invoiced separately and are not included in the standard tuition figures.
- Family discount: families with more than two children enrolled qualify for a discount—5% off the tuition of the 3rd child and 10% off the tuition of the 4th child (discount calculated on the fees of the youngest child).
Boarding fees
- No boarding fees are published and the school does not list a boarding programme in its admissions or fee documents; therefore boarding provision and boarding fees are not applicable. Any refunds that are due are processed subject to administrative fees and will be processed within 15 working days after the student has left, subject to the school's withdrawal procedures.
Fee payment options
- The application/registration fee must be paid by bank transfer.
