ISB Brescia offers an IB continuum: Primary Years Programme (PYP), Middle Years Programme (MYP) and Diploma Programme (DP). The Italian language program supports Grade 1–6 students as native or additional language learners, with continued Italian support from Grade 7 in the MYP and Terza media exam preparation in Grade 9. Spanish is introduced in Grade 5 and continues in the MYP as part of language acquisition. On the Diploma Programme, students typically take six subjects from IB groups, with the option to substitute Group 6 (Arts) for an additional subject from Groups 1–4; ISB has been authorized to deliver the DP since 2020.
