Mon-Thu, a school uniform is required for all students; Friday is Casual Friday. Preschool and Primary wear an everyday uniform: blue sweatshirt, white polo shirt, dark trousers/skirt/dress, sport backpack and indoor shoes. The sport uniform comprises a grey hooded sweatshirt, blue T‑shirt, light grey pants or leggings, sport backpack, and clean gym shoes. Uniforms can be ordered as a package or as individual items via an online form, with deliveries to reception weekly.

Lunch is provided by Eurest Catering. Meals are hot, balanced and available daily with an online meal reservation system; three menus are offered: daily special, vegetarian, and street food. Meals for students with food allergies follow a doctor's plan for simple eliminations; the catering team cannot accommodate strict eliminations.

Primary School at OTR International School is a bilingual program for G1–G5 with 50% French – 50% English, following the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (PYP). Teaching is delivered equally in French and English through a co‑teaching and language‑rotation model, with specialized courses in Theatre, Visual Arts, Sports/PE, Computer Science, and Library. The PYP develops curious, reflective, ethical, and communicative learners and uses interdisciplinary units of inquiry; primary goals include bilingual proficiency, cross‑disciplinary skills, and preparation for entry into the international middle school (MYP). Middle School (Grades 6–10) and High School (Grades 11–12) follow IB programmes: Middle Years Programme (MYP) for Grades 6–10 and the Diploma Programme (DP) for Grades 11–12. The DP comprises six subject groups and the DP core (Theory of Knowledge, Creativity, Activity, Service, and the Extended Essay), with some subjects offered at Higher Level (HL) and Standard Level (SL).

OTR International School offers three full scholarships for highly motivated and academically outstanding students who wish to pursue the IB Programme. One scholarship is for a student entering Grade 10 and two scholarships are for students entering Grade 11 and starting the IB Diploma Programme; each scholarship covers 100% of tuition fees, IB textbooks and learning materials, IB examination fees, school uniform, and a laptop.

The school prioritizes emotional well-being as part of the learning program. Students are supported to be successful, resilient learners who are well-rounded, happy, and able to approach challenges with positivity. The Wellness Curriculum consists of five areas: CONNECT, BE ACTIVE, TAKE NOTICE, KEEP LEARNING, and GIVE. Monthly sessions on mental health and wellness are integrated into the program, helping students explore feelings, manage emotions, and reflect on how choices affect themselves and others.

OTR provides language and educational support to ensure every child has access to the program. In-class and out-of-class support are available, with staff trained to help pupils settle into the classroom and participate. Language support programs assist new students in settling in quickly and integrating into the school community.

Admissions requirements: Pre-School students must be 3 years old by September 1 of the entry year and potty-trained before starting. Primary (Grades 1–5) entry requires turning 6 by December 31 of the school year. Secondary (Grades 6–11) entry requires turning 11 by December 31 of the school year. How to apply: 1. OTR Scholarships: three full scholarships are available for IB entry (one for Grade 10; two for Grade 11 and the IB Diploma Programme). Each covers 100% of tuition fees through the completion of the IB Diploma Programme. Eligibility requires a strong academic record, commitment to learning and global-mindedness, fluent English (minimum B2), a good level of French, and willingness to engage in all IB components including the Core. To maintain the scholarship, students must achieve at least 6/7 in every IB subject and complete the IB Core to a high standard; the scholarship covers tuition, IB textbooks and learning materials, IB examination fees, school uniform, and a laptop; meals, trips, and extracurricular activities are not included, and boarding/accommodation is not offered.
