Uniforms are required for all pupils. The School Shop stocks primary and secondary uniforms on campus. Primary (Years 1–6) wears a white logo shirt with a blue skirt for girls or blue shorts for boys, plus a blue/yellow sport uniform; secondary (Years 7–11) wears a white logo shirt with tartan skort for girls or blue shorts for boys, plus a blue/yellow sport uniform with a yellow belt. Sandals, flip-flops, and Crocs are not allowed; sport shoes must be worn daily for outdoor activities. The shop opens 08:30–08:55 on weekdays; online pre-order forms are available; on-site sizing help is provided and orders are collected after payment.

A three-week rotating menu includes a variety of Thai and Western dishes. Meals use local produce and are prepared with no MSG, using olive and soybean oil, with a focus on natural, low-sugar and low-salt meals. Lunches for pupils and mid-morning and mid-afternoon snacks are included in tuition; ASA snacks may be brought from home. The Executive Board governs Si Ri Panya International School. It is comprised of the Chairman of the Board, Licensee, Manager, Director, Teacher Representative, Parent Representatives, Other Qualified Persons, Representative of the Owner, Head of School, and a non‑voting Secretary. The Board issues rules and regulations, approves policy and the education development plan, oversees personnel, budget, buildings and community relations, ensures quality assurance, and approves tuition and other fees. The Head of School leads day‑to‑day operations.

Si Ri Panya International School follows the British National Curriculum in Primary (ages 5–11), using a topic-based “Big Idea” approach where subjects are linked under a common theme each term. The Early Years Foundation Stage (ages 3–5) focuses on key developmental areas through play-based and structured activities. In Secondary (ages 11–16), students follow the Cambridge Lower and Upper Secondary programmes, leading to IGCSE examinations in the final two years. Key Stage 3 (Years 7–9) includes English (first language or ESL), Mathematics, Science, Global Perspectives, Thai, Computing, Design & Technology, Food Technology, Art, History, Geography, Physical Education, and PSHE. Where possible, parents should provide a recent school report in English (or with an English translation) showing academic levels and social skills.

4. Decision and Next Steps
Following the assessment, the school will inform parents if:
a) The entry requirements have been met and a place is offered.
b) The entry requirements have been met but the year group is full, so the applicant is placed on the waiting list.
c) The entry requirements have not been met, and no place can be offered at that time.
To secure a place or a spot on the waiting list, parents must pay the security deposit within the time stated in the offer letter.

The school operates a waitlist for year groups that are full. If a student meets entry requirements but no place is currently available, their name is added to the list.
