Billing schedule and payment terms

- Billing cycle: Fees are billed and payable termly; there are three terms per academic year. Receipts are presented at the beginning of each term (in the first ten days of September, January, and April). - Payment method: All fees, charges, lunches, residence, buses, optional classes, and school visits must be paid by direct debit. A €15 charge applies each time a bank payment is rejected. Exceptions to direct debit must be requested by e‑mail to the financial director.
- Late or non‑payment: If fees are unpaid 7 days after the due date the school may refuse attendance; if unpaid after 14 days the school may terminate the contract.

Notice, refunds and cancellations

- Enrolment fee: The enrolment fee of €1,750 is non‑refundable.
- Absence/illness: No refund of fees is made for absence due to illness or any other cause.
- Leaving the school: Three months' written notice is required to withdraw a pupil. If three months' notice is not provided, three months' fees are payable in lieu of notice. Parents must notify intention to leave before 28 February; no refund is made if notice of departure is given after 1 April.
- Exchange students: A non‑refundable amount of €1,000 per term is charged to hold a place during an exchange (waived for exchanges within the Inspired group).
- Re‑enrolment fee: An annual re‑enrolment fee is billed in the third term and is deducted from the first term's fees of the following academic year.

Uniform and other routine costs

- Uniform: The school shop sells the required uniform; uniform must be worn to school and official functions. Individual uniform item prices are charged separately by the school shop.
- Optional and occasional charges: Charges may apply for optional classes, extra‑curricular activities, school visits, residence (where applicable elsewhere in the group), and other extras; such charges are added to the termly bill where applicable.

Curriculum

British National Curriculum is followed from Pre-Nursery through to IGCSE with expert teaching from UK-trained staff. The Primary School offers a broad and balanced British curriculum delivered in English. From Year 1, Spanish Language and Social Sciences are taught in Spanish, following Spain's Ministry of Education requirements, or students may take Spanish as a Second Language. The program is designed to develop proficiency in both English and Spanish across key stages and uses age-appropriate content aligned with the British framework.

Student Teacher Ratio

There are approximately 900 students from 58 nationalities. Local Spanish pupils make up about 50% of the student body. Average class size is around 25 pupils, with three to four classes per year group.

Exam Results

IGCSE results are outstanding, with the school recognised as the top-performing IGCSE school in Spain in 2025. The Class of 2025 achieved high levels of success across subjects, including a substantial share of top grades.

Higher Education Progression

After completing the IGCSEs, pupils move to the sister school in Soto de Viñuelas to complete Sixth Form with A Levels or the IB Diploma. Some students gain sports scholarships to US colleges, and alumni pursue studies at institutions including Berklee College of Music and the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama.

The safeguarding policy aims to actively promote the well-being of pupils, safeguard and promote welfare, and establish clear procedures for dealing with concerns about welfare, abuse, neglect or exploitation. It sets a zero-tolerance approach to child-on-child sexual violence and harassment and promotes a whole-school culture of safety, equality and protection. Staff are trained to carry out safeguarding responsibilities and feel supported in this role, and the school works with parents, local authorities, and partner organisations.

Admissions

1. Submit an Enquiry: Register your interest by filling in the Enquiry Form. A member of the Admissions Team contacts you to guide you through the admissions process.

2. Apply Online: Complete the Application Form to formally apply for a place for your child and submit the requested documents through the online application system. There is no application fee.

3. Visit Our Campus: Visit the campus to learn about more than 50 years of educational excellence from the King's College Group. Parents and students are encouraged to visit the school before enrolment. Book a Tour or sign up for an Open Day. If you are unable to visit in person, an online interview can be arranged.

4. Assessments: Year 3 and above complete an entrance examination (non-refundable €30 admissions assessment fee) and an interview (depending on age group). During this process, your family will meet some of the School's leadership team.

5. Receive an Offer: An offer letter is sent to the parents and legal guardians after a successful entrance exam/interview.

6. Confirmation of Admission: Parents/guardians pay an enrolment fee to confirm enrolment as instructed in the offer letter. Congratulations and welcome to King's College School, La Moraleja!

Scholarships

Nsouli Scholars: The Nsouli Scholars Programme enables 50 extraordinary students at any one time to attend Inspired's prestigious schools on a full scholarship for the duration of their education. Several scholarships will be awarded to individuals of Lebanese origin.
