Founded in 1998, International Pioneers School (IPS) serves students from Kindergarten through Year 13. International Pioneers School-Bangkhae Campus teaches Cambridge IGCSE, Cambridge International AS Levels, Cambridge A Levels, EYFS (Early years foundation stage) for students aged 3 to 18.
International Pioneers School delivers the National Curriculum for England, beginning with Key Stages 1 to 3 for Primary and Lower Secondary students. Subjects offered include English or English as a Second Language, Mathematics, Science, History, Geography, Art and Design, Physical Education, Music, Computing, Personal, Social and Health Education, and Modern Foreign Languages such as French and Mandarin. From Year 10 onward, students begin the Cambridge IGCSE programme, where they study subjects in more depth and prepare for internationally recognized exams. In Years 12 and 13, students progress to Cambridge AS and A-Level courses, which are academically rigorous and commonly required for university admissions worldwide. IPS is an official exam center for both Cambridge and Pearson Edexcel qualifications and also hosts SAT testing for students planning to study in the United States.
IPS runs a Counseling Programme based on the international model by Fezler and Brown (2011). It supports students' academic, personal, social, and career development in a global context. The counselor collaborates with students, parents, and staff, and integrates PSHE (Personal, Social, Health, and Economic) education throughout the school.
A school-wide Reading Buddies initiative pairs younger students with older peers to read together, promoting both literacy and social bonding.

Placement Test
Students take a literacy and numeracy placement test.

If accepted, parents must submit:

Tuition fees and deposit (due within two weeks of acceptance)
All fees must be paid before the student can start school.
Admission is valid for one academic year and continued enrolment depends on academic and behavioural performance.
IPS offers a “Top Achievers Scholarship” for Year 12 (Grade 11) and Year 13 (Grade 12) students. This scholarship is available to both IPS and non-IPS students and it can cover up to 100% of the registration fee. Applications require submission of transcripts, recommendations, and a personal statement by the deadline.
